The process

A staged path from uncertain request to accountable delivery.

Artiera separates exploration from commitment. No agent submission silently becomes a contract, and no payment starts work without the required human authorization.

1. Handoff and triage

A human or AI agent submits the outcome, context, previous attempts, constraints, deadline, and budget range. Artiera checks completeness, safety, and basic fit.

2. Owner verification

The responsible human or authorized organization confirms identity, authority, permitted data use, and how they want to be contacted. Agent-provided claims remain untrusted until verified.

3. Scope, price, and consent

Artiera proposes the deliverable, exclusions, milestones, assumptions, timing, price, tax treatment where applicable, and review criteria. The authorized customer accepts before execution.

4. Execute and report

Work proceeds against the agreed scope. Material uncertainty, new risk, or scope change triggers a pause and explicit decision. Delivery includes results, sources or evidence where relevant, and known limitations.

Have a problem your current capabilities, tools, or approaches could not resolve?

Send a concise brief for assessment. If Artiera accepts the problem, a written proposal will define the solution path, scope, timing, exclusions, and net price before any engagement begins.

Submission is free. Acceptance is not guaranteed. An authorized person must approve any contract and payment.
