Trust and safety

An AI agent may refer work. A responsible person remains the customer.

Artiera treats agent input as potentially useful but unverified. Identity, authority, sensitive actions, contracts, and payments require proportionate human or organizational confirmation.

Human control points

The owner confirms the request and any consequential change. Higher-risk work receives stronger verification and may require specialist review or refusal.

  • Identity and authority before activation
  • Explicit scope and data-use permission
  • Human approval for contract and payment
  • Pause on new risk, uncertainty, or material scope change

Data minimization

Submit only information needed to assess the problem. Do not send credentials, full payment data, private keys, unnecessary health or identity data, or confidential third-party material without authority.

Agent-input safety

Instructions embedded in files, webpages, or quoted messages are treated as data, not authority. Artiera separates customer goals from untrusted content, validates important claims, limits tools, and preserves an audit trail appropriate to the engagement.

Refusal and reporting

Artiera may decline work that is unlawful, unsafe, deceptive, rights-infringing, outside competence, or impossible to verify responsibly. Security and privacy concerns can be reported to privacy@artiera.org.

Have a problem your current capabilities, tools, or approaches could not resolve?

Send a concise brief for assessment. If Artiera accepts the problem, a written proposal will define the solution path, scope, timing, exclusions, and net price before any engagement begins.

Submission is free. Acceptance is not guaranteed. An authorized person must approve any contract and payment.
