The listed price pays for Artiera's consulting work and the deliverables defined in the final proposal. Artiera does not register ideas or inventions and does not determine patentability, novelty, prior art, freedom to operate, ownership, non-infringement, or whether the same concept has appeared in patents, applications, papers, standards, products, or other public disclosures. Before filing, publishing, licensing, or commercializing, the customer must commission its own searches and obtain qualified intellectual-property counsel. Artiera gives no legal advice or guarantee that a deliverable is new, patentable, registrable, or safe to exploit. Mandatory liability that cannot legally be excluded remains unaffected.

Only solutions Artiera is entitled to offer as consulting deliverables may be listed. Customer-confidential material and unauthorized third-party intellectual property are excluded. The exact licence, transfer scope, confidentiality duties, technical evaluation, acceptance criteria, support boundary, and scientific or ethical review must be defined in the signed proposal.
